If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchase from our company, please contact our Technical Services at 361-664-2321, day or night.
During Office Hours, please call our office and ask to speak to one of our technicians. If no one is available, arrange to have the first technician available return your call.
On the weekend, evenings or other non office hour times, please call our office number and request the answering service to have one of our technicians on call to return your call.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (except for holidays). We have a technician on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If the product you purchased is under warranty (or not) by the manufacturer and is needing servicing, contact us at 361-664-2321, and we will do all we can to help you. Our technician can inspect the product, repair the product, send the product off for repair, replace the product, or, if you prefer, we will give you the information you need to contact them directly. We pledge to assist you in whatever way we can.
